Dhyan Vimal’s silent meditation offers you a held space to gently encounter what is there by just being silent with you. In the silence, we can come back to who we really are. Unaffected by the outside world, free of influence, we wake up to the best of what we can be.
THE MEDITATION FORMAT
During this live session, you will:
– Be guided through a breathing exercise by a facilitator
– Learn about the ABC Technique that helps you to be present
– Watch a short video lecture by Dhyan Vimal
– Be introduced to the Six Rites of Creation
– Enter a 15-minute silent sitting
