Dhyan Vimal’s Silent Meditation offers you a held space to gently encounter what is there by just being silent with you. In the silence, we can come back to who we really are. Unaffected by the outside world, free of influence, we wake up to the best of what we can be.
THE MEDITATION FORMAT
During this live session, our facilitator will guide you through a breathing exercise, introduce the ABC technique that helps you to be present, followed by a short video lecture by Dhyan Vimal, and then enter a 15-minute silent sitting. We may also end the session in an energized state with some celebration music.
