Join Our Free Daily Meditation Sessions
The Dhyan Vimal Meditation Hour is unlike other conventional meditation practices. We are simply sitting together paying attention to ourselves – all from the comfort of your own home via Zoom.
Every day at 1pm UTC, we share a short 20 minute guided meditation session by Dhyan Vimal followed by some silent sitting and ending with a celebration to anchor the learning. Whether you are new to meditation or an experienced practitioner, these sessions are for everyone.

- Duration: 40-45 mins
- Format: A short guided meditation followed by silent sitting and celebration.

You will receive an email with the confirmation and Zoom link to join upon registration.
