Event Details

Join us for an hour of uninterrupted dancing as we celebrate and hold for all of humanity to be well!

Dance is a beautiful way to express our connection as one humanity. During this online meditation, we will be holding and participating in a global movement for all to be well. Make a commitment not to quit for the full hour. If your body gets tired, clap along and do what you can to continue to hold yourself in the energy of celebration – not just for you but for all too. We hold all in our dancing so that no one stands alone.

Let’s have some fun and wish all well. Friends, family and people of all ages are welcome!

HOW THE DANCE MEDITATIONS STARTED
These sessions started as an impromptu sharing by Ajna Samadhi (DV Centre Toronto/DV Institute facilitator) and have turned into a daily scheduled event with people joining from around the world.

She said the idea came from the need to dance and celebrate. By dancing, we can shift our own energy and the energy that is dominant in the world right now – from being defeated to holding a wish for all to be well.

Ajna is a student of Dhyan Vimal and dance is a big part of Dhyan Vimal’s meditation retreats. So inspired by Friends to Mankind and Dhyan Vimal’s global peace effort, she put it out there and invited others to join. It has become a real team effort with other DV Institute facilitator to make it happen.
